A health tracking app available for Android and iOS. The application allows people to better understand their health records and be more comfortable switching providers.

I would say that I’m mostly introverted. I need quiet time to get energy for myself, though I can also be a real talker at times. I’m aware of the importance of conserving energy for myself for later use.
When it comes to ice breakers, what’s your go-to approach?
As I don’t like the one-size-fits-all approach, I typically try to find something to talk about that is important to the other person. It makes the connection much stronger.
