ILM built a financial application and logging tool for a major U.S. footwear manufacturer to analyze sales data for better sales projections and planning. The application includes powerful analytics and machine learning capabilities that support new sales prediction tools. The client dev team was trained to support the new solutions, which were integrated with four other internal systems, yielding signficiant business value. The largest technology project in the company’s history, it was deemed a resounding success by all stakeholders.
Cloud-Based Solution for a Legal Software Firm
ILM engineered a new process to drive quicker onboarding of new clients for a large multinational legal software firm. The solution — a serverless cloud-based application that uses Azure Durable Functions for bulk importing new users— significantly streamlined workflows and improved satisfaction for the administrative team responsible for onboarding new clients.
Mobile Asset Tracking App for an Engineering Firm
ILM built a mobile asset tracking app for a leading surveying and engineering firm that reduced their daily equipment inventory process time by over 85% while simultaneously improving accuracy and reducing loss. The app leverages an API to tap into their barcode system, identify equipment, and update the inventory system in real-time via their web portal. Completed in just over two months, the project resulted in significant improvements in user satisfaction and was deemed a resounding success by stakeholders.

ILM transformed a national Health Savings Account (HSA) administrator’s online portal system used by millions, reducing maintenance costs, enhancing user experience, and improving scalability. Guiding a large team of client developers, we built a cloud-native Identity Server framework with responsive frontends, multi-factor authentication and Single Sign-On capabilities.
Monorepo Strategy for a Financial Giant
ILM helped a Canadian financial giant meet rising consumer expectations and grow additional per customer revenue. Tasked with enabling secure code sharing across two major JavaScript sites — one public, one private — ILM developed a Monorepo strategy that improved stability, scalability, and flexibility. The solution required minimal code changes, led to swift implementation and controlled maintenance expenses.
Video Platform for Large Conference Events
ILM built a conference video platform to allow MDC to take place in the height of the Covid lockdown. This “conference tuner” (Conftuner) had an elegant UI and the ability to seamlessly stream real-time audio and video. The application utilized an Angular SPA architecture with an embedded Zoom player outputted to YouTube for both displaying and automatically recording sessions.
