About The Job:

Do you thrive working on a small but fast-paced team? Do you enjoy making connections and helping people find their next professional challenge? ILM is a growing firm and we are adding a Technical Recruiter to the team. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and building relationships with highly qualified candidates in the Minneapolis/St. Paul developer community. You will use multiple resources and networks to source candidates. You will build and maintain relationships through in-person meetings and constant follow up.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify both passive and active candidates for current key full time openings and potential positions using all available resources.
  • Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and current full time openings within the team
  • Learn and understand all of ILM’s Training and Benefit offerings
  • Articulate ILM’s Employee Value Proposition and Differentiators.
  • Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on technical screening process
  • Update and track candidates in ILM’s internal candidate tracking system
  • Establish relationships with potential candidates and maintain communication through Interview process.
  • Stay informed on trends within the industry, including client, market and technology trends
  • Negotiate salaries with potential hires and present offer packages

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment to the team
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Accurate, analytical, and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain lines of communication and build lasting relationships with candidates
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close, based on current market knowledge
